Shipping Policy
We carefully craft every made-to-order piece. Below are our processing timelines, shipping charges, and important courier policies.
Made-to-Order & Production Time
All products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Production begins after your order is confirmed. Estimated lead times are:
- Semi-Formals: 3 to 4 weeks
- Formals: 4 to 6 weeks
- Bridals: 8 to 10 weeks (may extend during peak wedding season)
These windows include stitching, finishing, quality control, and dispatch. In rare cases (high seasonal demand or supply delays) production may take longer — we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Costs & Weight Policy
Shipping charges are based on package weight and follow our courier partners' rounding rules:
- All weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram (courier policy).
- Flat rate — All cities in Pakistan: PKR 550
If you enable multiple shipping options at checkout they will display automatically; otherwise PKR 550 will be applied for domestic shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your item is complete and passes quality control we will dispatch it via our trusted courier partners. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to become active with the courier. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and destination; please allow the courier's standard transit time in addition to our production window.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Report lost or damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery to: fashionaccessories786@yahoo.com or call +92 336 2627769. Keep all packaging and photos of damage — we will assist with the courier claim and next steps.
International Shipping
International shipping is not enabled by default. If you would like a custom international quote, contact us and we'll provide shipping options and costs for your destination.
Returns & Exchanges for Made-to-Order
